REFUND POLICY:

  • Prior to the start of the season, the parent must attend the monthly booster meeting with proof of payment to request a registration refund.

  • After the season has started, the parent must attend the monthly board meeting to discuss their circumstance with the board of directors.

  • No refunds will be given by telephone messages, coaches, etc.

  • The parent must attend the appropriate meeting based on the time of their request. 
     

Note:
  • Board Meetings are the second Thursday of the month.
  • Booster Meetings are the last Thursday of the month.
