  LEAGUE PROTOCOL

TO ALL TEALTOWN BALLPARK MANAGERS:

For the 2006 season, we would like to make you all aware of the
league protocol. For matters dealing with league scheduling or the
way that the league operates, you may contact Tealtown only. If
there are any issues that arise during the season, we ask that you
do the following to resolve these issues:

  1. Notify the officer for your league and let them know of the
problem. They will then make a decision on the matter, or
convene with the Board of Directors in an effort to solve any
    issues.

  2. If there is a problem with the player’s placement on a team,
you must first contact your league officer to reach to an agreeable
    conclusion.

  3. If you feel that the problem still needs to be addressed, you
must contact the President of  Tealtown Ball Park to be put on the agenda for the next monthly board meeting. For extreme circumstances, the board may, at their discretion, meet for an emergency board meeting. The board will do everything in its power to try to reach a satisfactory conclusion for all parties.

  4. In the unlikely event that the board of directors has not
resolved your issue, your only recourse of action is to contact the
Administrator for your league or have the Tealtown league officer
contact that person for you. (Your league’s administrator contact
information will be given upon request)

Violation in the above could result in a hearing of the Tealtown
Board of Directors and possible penalties could include termination
of you and your membership with the Mt. Carmel – Glen Este Boosters and Tealtown Ballpark.
